Mission Statement
Develop globally-competitive industrial systems through the creative application of
science and technology

Our Organization

We are a highly efficient, lean enterprise consisting of two principals, a group of
associates, and a rich network of alliances with strategic partners.

Our philosophy is to practice at home the lean enterprise concepts we preach to our
clients, being able to share with them the benefits of a minimum overhead and
maximum agility.

We believe that great solutions are the result of a complex creative process, fed through
deep roots in knowledge and experience, and conducted in an invention-inspiring
atmosphere. We make every effort to stay at the cutting edge of knowledge relevant to
our business, and at the same time keep developing our creative and invention skills.

We run our practice out of Toluca and Querétaro sites several auto assembly plants
and numerous parts suppliers. Since we are just 35 minutes from Mexico City’s main
business district, we keep close contact with key people in numerous corporations and
financial institutions.
